Hey!

I'm writing this in English, because I'm originally from Finland - have lived in Sweden for over a year now - and I'm still a bit shy at speaking/writing Swedish. :) I'm a 25-year old woman from northern Stockholm (Upplands Väsby).

I'm getting a puppy tomorrow (vit herdehund, 8 weeks old) and was googling around for some dog forums, to try to find some possible new friends (maybe go for walks with the dogs & have "playdates"). I'm going to try to socialize my puppy as much as possible and since I don't really have any friends in Sweden yet, my social circles are certainly very small (limited to basically my sambo and his family), I thought I'd give this forum a try. :) 

I understand Swedish quite well and I'm certainly interested to try to speak it too, to get more used to it. 

Anyone here interested to meet up some time? :)
