Wow, that sounds incredibly frustrating. Have you ever been denied insurance coverage due to a pre-existing condition? We were, once when our child had a recurring tummy issue. It turned out there was a clause about prior conditions we hadn't noticed. Lesson learned! By the way, have you ever tried Basket Random ?
